I eat cabbage all the time, but the last time I tried to make sauerkraut, it turned in to a magnificent mold experiment. I don’t think I’m going to bother trying again, just curious if you make your own kraut.
I have in the past but this is the wrong time of year for that and I’m all out of previous supplies. There are definitely tricks to it to make sure it doesn’t turn into a moldfest
