That looks delicious. I’ve always made pulled pork using the slow-cooker / broiler method because I don’t have a grill. I use liquid smoke, hate me if you want.
I find that the coleslaw is best as a topping. Along with grilled pineapple and pickles. It’s never occurred to me to put cheese on pulled pork, but I’ll bet it’s good.
I did the mayo with liquid smoke as well :) That’s delicious. 4 drops only though that stuff is so powerfull xD
