No one has ever accused them of thinking through their actions, but if ICE is going to just murder people and try to get away with it by accusing everyone in a vehicle of attempting to run them over… they’re just going to encourage people to run them over so they even have a chance to live, right? A healthcare CEO is killed. Nothing happens. A fraud is convicted and made president with clear ties to some fucked up sex circle that hungers on power and money. Nothing happens. ICE shoots people. Nothing happens. The world is boiling because of climate change. Nothing happens. At this point I’m just here to watch the downward spiral. People don’t care enough to take action and they just let things happen. They’ll say: oh that’s so bad. But won’t take action. We should stand together and make the world a better place. I disagree with your post fundamentally. You say nothing happens and no one does anything, but I argue people are actively and willfully supporting and enabling and maintaining the status quo that leads to all these abominations and horrible disasters.
It isn’t apathy. It’s willful weaponized evil and ignorance and corruption and greed and selfishness and on and on. It’s an entire political party/movement that celebrates ignorance and hate and racism and lies and fear and pure evil.

Government will never charge ICE or others for their crimes because government needs thugs that they can guarantee impunity. Same reason January 6th seditionists were pardoned, Trump needs them soon.
