They act as though you’re using their road at their sufferance - like how dare you be an obstacle that they may need to move around. Then they park wherever they please, often across footpaths and bike ways. Then they leave their vehicle and dodder around blocking paths completely oblivious to their surroundings. There’s absolutely no concept of sharing these areas with different types of vehicles.
