The truth is, most serious vehicle incidents are caused by men between the age of 16 and 26.
Maybe we shouldn’t allow THAT age range to drive, despite all the competent drivers in that group?

My intuition suggests seniors aren’t a greater statistic because they don’t commute for work or school and drive fewer overall mileage.
