Yeah, I initially read this and thought, wow, for once the Supreme Court did something not stupid, and then i realized it was basically along party lines, and almost went the other way.
For for those curious, Chief Justice Roberts and Amy Coney-Barrett were the ones that joined the 3 Justices following the Constitution.
