I thought nothing was going to be the OG oneplus, bringing flagship killers at decent prices. Not the case, I got the first ear ones, had heaps of issues, no help from support and they stopped updating them. Years go by, looking for a watch, try the CMF watch by nothing, I’ve had nothing but connection issues and bugs and a dislike for the weird lack of customisation (can’t make a timer widget unless its one of the set times they choose? Why??) It’s put me off ever getting a phone by nothing.

I was using mint and found Gtile, I loved it, now I’ve moved to Fedora (KDE Plasma) and can’t get anything as good as Gtile :(

Don’t listen to one person, lots of cats love being the only cat, I had two at one point, ended up having to separate them because one wanted to play all the time and the other hated it and wanted to be left alone! Just like people, you can’t put everyone under the same umbrella. Some cats want company, some don’t. You need to find one that suits your needs.

I’m actually happy to say this is me, I recently installed Mint on a separate m.2 drive from windows, I wanted to just test it. I now find myself almost permanently on Mint, only going back to windows once to play a multiplayer game that isn’t on Linux yet.

What do you mean when you say fancy zones doesn’t work reliably? I have 2 ultrawide monitors one on top of the other and I use 3 desktops, all with their own individual fancy zone layouts, it’s one of the only things I use powertoys for!

Man it sounds so lame to say “I prefer the good old days” but its genuinely true when it comes to the internet, back when forums were the only social media, where banner ads were the only ads to worry about, before every website started collecting cookies and profiles, before celebrities started jumping on AMA’s on reddit, I mean even when reddit was small enough there was a stupid phrase so you’d know if someone else was a redditor. For me its just the lower half I change, at home I’m in joggers or thin shorts for comfort, outside I want secure pockets so I have cargo shorts with zipped or buttoned pockets.
