I thought you were leaving the platform?
Good luck, in any case
You always seemed very defensive about any criticism against LW, I never understood why
Seems better to be able to delete your uploads yourself than having to ask manual support from an admin
Another reason why I suggest another instance than LW
Lemmy from 0.19.4 allows users to at least delete their uploaded images

There’s been a few of those posts lately, the next one I’m probably going to suggest the OP to improve the onboarding themselves
US politics (WAY TOO MUCH)
Piefed has built in keywords filters, that can help
Thanks for reminding.
I’m more busy on [email protected] at the moment but I might give it a go at some point.
Just seems strange to have so many people wanting to fix this in this thread without actually acting
defeds the 3 main propaganda instances, allows porn/hentai, piracy talk, weed and isn’t too pissy about downvotes.
You indeed made the good choice, Lemmy.cafe is the one
Still I am thinking about leaving lemmy due to a complete lack of content for my country other than government propaganda…
Why not use both Lemmy and another platform?

I’m probably missing context here, is the name a brand or an established subreddit?
Don’t people use the Subscribed feed for their niche communities? So once they are subbed, it’s all good?
If the issue is people not knowing about communities, then those posts on [email protected] should help
Great idea !
