I only heard about it when she put out a full nudity and penetration reinacment video. The reactions to that were certainly interesting.

“A murder should only have one victim. When Ratchett kills Daisy Armstrong, a dozen lives are broken, deformed, ended, THEY DEMAND JUSTICE! Of all these wounded souls, we must finally answer — who among them is a killer? Who takes up the knife? The answer is… no single one of you could have done it. Nor any pair. It could have only be done… by all of you."*

That’s fundamentally missing the problem- sales of wine are down 1/5. They have a supply chain that isn’t moving. If you offer cheaper wine you likely won’t move enough more to make up the shortfall and the costs of production/storage ect.

You’ve heard of jumbo olives though right?

So like picture a bear

Yeah okay one of the most successful and impressive biological families go on

But it eats this weed that’s like everywhere that nothing else can eat

Wouldn’t that like, over populate and dominate the world?

Weirdly? Only on paper.

In universe the holodeck generates a certain kind of matter that can’t leave the holodeck. So your jizz goes into the holomatter lady who is then presumably disinterested atom by atom just like a teleporter. So your jizz gets dissolved into the ether.

I’m not sure I agree with the proposition that the prequels are far better than the Disney movies.

Phantom menace had some serious pacing and tone issues. The other two were better but I don’t j ow I’d say they are far better than Disney. They held to the cannon way more but that was its own weakness in the core plot which really kept them from being entirely interesting.

I will say the Disney movies are much better paced than the prequels. Well that’s not true that one slow space chase with the side quest on planets was a major drag. The first Disney movie was better paced than the prequels.

I think Lucas really excelled when he was pushing against the limits of technology and budget and those limits really held him or n a sweet spot for story telling he would naturally push himself out of.

Anything he makes now would be like the prequels.

So the story here is that Tyson hired factory workers to man the factory and obstensivlt to care for the animals. The workers hired were undercover agents who then filmed things.

Imagine it was just McDonald’s and someone had photos of it being dirty and McDonald’s went “we hired you to clean it though.” That’s essentially the arguments here.

There’s two added levels of interest. One is a set of laws dubbed Ag Gag which makes it hardened to run these undercover ops. The other is that the people filming are not unbiased observers but instead real zealots for the cause when they enter. It generally creates a real incentive to get a good shot at any cost.

I don’t think there is any question that it was obvious to everyone. I was a kid in a conservative household and got it. And I distinctly recall there being a mad magazine bit about Colbert before I was even in high school. So that implies the joke was widely understood by the child aimed reading audience of Mad Magazine.

I read that Apple is just a successor belief to Samsung and that all the ideas wrapped up in the worship of Apple originated as Samsung worship. Like a pre-cursor dirty, sort of like dual theism to monotheism.

Yes?

This post is making me realize the position I’m in and how I got here.

My seven year old has my old switch, and uses that account. He always asks before buying anything and has never bought anything without permission. But he uses my Nintendo account, which is linked to my PayPal, which is linked to my credit card.

This card used to have something like $7000 limit. Last I checked though it’s at 32k limit. I should probably set some kind of spending limit just in case on this setup.

I distinctly remember hearing:

There were rooftop cheers from a Muslim community in New Jersey.

There was cheering in Gaza.

That rooftop thing was a continual news cycle item for weeks. I recall it being debunked but none of the details.

I remember when he stepped on a lego and it hurt so bad he jumped up and down and hopped on one foot right into an intimate massage parlor and his credit card fell out of his pocket and he paid to exploit sex traffic victims.

Good times. What a nanny set of circumstances.

I’m kind of with you in that pink’s positions off but I can’t quite put my finger in why it’s off brand. It definitely feels off brand but I honestly can’t articulate it.

Ahh that’s the problem. We need to elect people who believe in suffering for its own sake. Remove all that corruption.
