This isn’t really clicking for me.
If the Republicans “are in charge”, then they wouldn’t need democrat votes. But they clearly do need the votes? So they’re not fully in charge, right?

So landlords make no profit at all? I guess they just rent out their properties out of the goodness of their hearts. How selfless. (The tenants pay for that AC unit, repairs are priced into the price of rent.)

What is Song-Chun Zhus approach? I couldn’t really find an answer to that with a quick search.
