That guy’s Instagram is like an antidepressant lol.

I’m absolutely no expert but if this is in line with other similar services, they make the majority of their money from a very small percentage of users.
There have been multiple companies in the recent past that have gone thru the same or similar path and what they’re seeing is an overall drop in users but a rise in subscriptions or subscription revenue.
Long story short, people leave, but the people that stay pay.

It was also very strongly touted to be one of the biggest reasons for the economy being as rough as it is. The brown people are taking your jobs and wasting your tax dollars and murdering your children and eating the dogs… A ton of people voted to get them out to save the economy. The funny thing is a ton of those people are/were the main reason prices aren’t higher. It’s a self own in like 12 different ways.

This is nothing like nazi Germany. For one, there’s a whole ocean between Germany and the United States. For two, that was, like, a million years ago. So… Yeah.

Yeah I haven’t kept up with it but for a while there around me, these had a huge problem of people cleaning them out and selling all the decent books in them for some cash. Rinse and repeat every time it was restocked.

Literally everything is. It’s insanity. Politically conscious People’s opinions in this country now have their entire reality dictated to them by their party of choice.

To be fair there is an absolute fuck ton of shit going on and it’s nearly impossible to keep track of all of the bull shit. This is, of course, by design but it’s working to perfection. There’s just a maelstrom of frustrating things going on and stuff starts to slip by unnoticed more and more.
To your point tho, there is a crazy amount of people that don’t know of any of it at all. Which is almost impressive at this point.

It can only good happen!!!

I’m genuinely curious. How is this in any way a theory?
The day it happened the president said:
“For years, those on the radical left have compared wonderful Americans, like Charlie, to Nazis and the world’s worst mass murderers and criminals. This kind of rhetoric is directly responsible for the terrorism that we’re seeing in our country today, and it must stop right now…From the attack on my life in Butler, Pennsylvania last year, which killed a husband and father, to the attacks on ICE agents, to the vicious murder of a healthcare executive in the streets of New York, to the shooting of House majority leader, Steve Scalise and three others, radical left political violence has hurt too many innocent people and taken too many lives.”
Days later he said:
“The radicals on the left are the problem, and they’re vicious and they’re horrible and they’re politically savvy. They’re already under major investigation, A lot of the people that you would traditionally say are on the left are already under investigation.”
Vice President JD Vance on a podcast right after the murder said:
“Of course, we have to make sure that the killer is brought to justice, and more importantly, we have to talk about this incredibly destructive movement of left-wing extremism that has grown up over the last few years and, I believe, is part of the reason why Charlie was killed by an assassin’s bullet.”
Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller when asked about “the radical left” just after the murder said:
“It is a vast domestic terror movement, with god as my witness, we are going to use every resource we have at the Department of Justice, Homeland Security and throughout this government to identify, disrupt, dismantle and destroy these networks and make America safe again for the American people. It will happen, and we will do it in Charlie’s name.
Attorney General Pam Bondi just after the murder was asked “who killed Charlie Kirk” to which she answered:
"Left-wing radicals and they will be held accountable.”
Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins recently stated:
“Charlie’s murder is proof that the radical left won’t allow Americans to make our country great again without a fight. Now is the time to wage war, not through aimless violence, but with a legal and rational crackdown on the forces that are desperately trying to annihilate our nation.”
(All emphasis my own)
I could go on (and on and on) but this is so astoundingly clear who they are blaming for this and not only that, but for basically all of the violence in this country. It’s not conjecture. It’s not a theory. They are straight up saying it… An investigation may or may not prove that a certain group carried this act out or any others but that has absolutely no bearing on who they are very clearly blaming right now. I mean do you really, truly think this is some kind of conspiracy theory that people just made up??

Lmao did you happen to see the president’s speech right after it happened (not to mention the sentiment of basically his entire cabinet)? Are you honestly saying him and his cabal didn’t already pin this on a particular group of people before looking at any actual evidence or even waiting for there to be any actual evidence?

I’m honestly surprised he hasn’t announced merch on his site to commemorate the moment and bank off of it at the same time. I feel like they had crap for sale when he got shot at within like 15 minutes.

Totally agree. Either way, this will 1000000% be used to fan the flames. If it turns out to be a left wing woke nutjob or something they will obviously cream their pants in glee and just scream something along the lines of “see? The left is so horrible and so violent. Look at what they’ve done! We need to stop them now before it gets worse!” If it’s a right wing idiot they’ll just gloss over that and say “look how violent our cities our. There’s criminals roaming the streets, we need to bring in the tanks to take our cities back!”

I get what you’re saying and you’re definitely right. I don’t side load things all that much but the times I have was because there was no other viable way to get what I needed and it worked amazingly well (not to mention testing something before it’s available on the app store).
It’s one of those things like a fire extinguisher that you might not need but you are very grateful it’s there just in case you ever do.

That’s how it works… It’s all theatre, always has been. And it works. Look how many people are head over heels for pretty much anything this administration does. Actual outcomes don’t matter. Consequences don’t matter until it guts them personally, and even then sometimes it doesn’t matter. All that matters is how it looks in the media and the theatre makes it look damn good to their demographic and they love it.

This is not new. He’s been harping about how dangerous and terrible scientific journals are for years and has said numerous times he’s going to try and shut down some of the leading ones. And I have no doubt he will succeed at least with a few. We are rocketing past Idiocracy at this point.

I feel like it’s very optimistic of you to think that people suck balls on the Internet because they are paid and not because a lot of people are just generally shitty. I kinda hope you’re right even tho that equates to a rather dystopian present. But the more I meet people, the more I realize that people just kinda suck. Like there are some truly abhorrent people out there… and they’re multiplying lol.
“Abortions for some. Miniature American flags for others!”

Not to mention 3 or 4 ppl that can and will reliably make mortgage payments for 15 or more likely 30 years. Once someone drops out because of life events then they’ll want to be bought out by the next person which introduces a whole bunch of headaches. Having watched this exact thing play out, this will most likely turn into a bitter nightmare of endless paperwork and some ruined relationships.
The song this is from (Doot Doot by Skrilla) is such an insanely monumental piece of shit lol. Its difficult for me to even consider it music.
