I feel like the title says it all. The Legend of Zelda. It’s like multiple retellings of the same story, passed down through generations, obscured by time.


Not American so correct me if I’m wrong here, but isn’t the FCC supposed to be independent? Aren’t there any safety mechanisms in place that should kick in when its head so blatantly breaks with this principle?

The fact that it says “Paid for by the Government of Canada” will allow them to shrug it off as propaganda and go “Why would Canada care so much if this was true!?”. I like the idea, but I fear it might have an even more polarizing effect…


Speaking as a software dev, that’s probably not the case. They probably started completely from scratch and so the inclusion of features depends on reimplementing them on the new platform. It could be as simple as not being ready yet or maybe stats show them that so few people use the feature that they don’t find it worth reimplementing it.
This is called Nordic layout. I believe it’s demographic is Norway, Denmark, and Sweden (maybe Finland also).
