Wire guard is pretty easy to set up. Also Docker is great.
These scripts are usually longer than that and do some checking of which distro you are running before doing something distro-specific.
Some programs monitor the system clock for purposes like this.
But in the case of Steam games, many of your games would work just fine.
I’m thinking about buying an Apple TV because I don’t like the built-in software on my TV, and “big corp that isn’t Google” sounds like a reasonable compromise between privacy and integration with big media providers.
It was already practically instantaneous compared to video encoding, but neat anyway.
