What kind of car is it? Do you have any better pictures of inside the wheel well, or know how it’s supposed to be attached? You might be able to take out some of the trim clips for the fender liner and pull the fender off and find that you can just slip it back into a groove or something. If you need to glue it, epoxy would work fine, or a silicone would work well too.
I have melted and cast ingots from thousands of dirty aluminum cans. Rinsing first is ideal of course, but all the crap floats to the top of the molten metal as slag and you can scoop it off to discard.
You don’t even have to round, it’s been a full decade.
How do you think this was cut? It doesn’t seem like there’s any melting, so maybe a water jet?

So far I’ve just been using the basic obd2 Bluetooth things but the apps available are very limited. I’ve been able to do some custom PIDs for some of my vehicles, and others you can often find tools that allow you to do some specific programming but it lacks a lot. I’ve been considering some of the ones you can find for around $400 from China but I’m not sure if those are anywhere near the same level as the 10k snap on ones.
What’s the point of commenting if you are just going to belittle someone else immediately after they said they didn’t want to talk about it?
