Its 100% supported by Supreme Court precedent.
Judges are permitted, also supported by precedent, to lie and say it isn’t. That doesnt change that it is though.
What would convince you that any one breed of dog is more dangerous than others?
Pretty much nothing since that isn’t how it works.
There are some breeds that require more knowledge, experience, and time to handle properly. That includes the various breeds colloquially referred to as pitbulls, as well as German shephards, mastiffs, huskies, etc. I’d say most breeds with a job need knowledge and attention.
But the “danger” part is an issue with the owner (or previous owner). The only foster dogs I’ve ever been concerned about have been abused, whether by ignoring them, not feeding them, physically abusing them, or otherwise.
I can say I have a not insignificant amount of experience with quite a few breeds, and I can also say that blaming a breed is nonsensical.
And the only dog in my home right now is a corgi.
Edit: You’re clearly interested only in your opinion and not the reality of dog behavior. So I won’t bother further engaging with you, enjoy your day. I will simply note that health organizations such as the CDC note these same issues with statistics, and firmly recommend against breed-specific legislation for a reason. That, of course, may change under HHS Brainworms, but the actual data is quite clear.
Because most people can’t identify one and use it for any mid size dog.
See: Rottweiler, doberman in previous years.
Edit: that includes cops. Same thing applies to police reports. Guess what insurance adjustors use as part of determining insurance rates?
That isn’t the slam dunk of info you think it is.

And thank you for the reminder that I should go get a license before the entire system is so messed up that it wouldn’t be possible.
Well or it would be irrelevant because no one would care.
Either way!
I’m more of an LXC kind of guy, but I get the switch. I don’t do much docker these days, outside of a few work scenarios outside of my control.
Personally I don’t like RH under IBM, so I won’t go with fedora either. Fantastic community, bad business behind it (a story as old as time).
Its one of the reasons I appreciate Debian as much as I do, and contribute with Sid as often as I can, mostly using sid as a mirror of what I’m doing on my Deb stable boxes and finding breaks.
The worst part about “simple” is defining what that means for the person. Depending on what they mean, there are a lot of different answers.
(And a good chunk of those are just Debian with different branding).
As others have said, EndeavourOS is pretty damn easy too. Personally I’ll stick to Arch for desktop, deb stable for servers/lxc’s, and deb sid for mostly screwing around and sending some reports in so stable can be stable.
Unfortunately they also go out of date pretty quickly.
OSM is a great option, and you can host it yourself.
You can check lemon laws in your state.
In mine, it was out of service long enough in December that it would qualify (assuming you bought new based on what you’ve said).

Ehhh… I’ll go with “if that’s what happened”.
Its possible.
But here’s the thing - there is no way to know for sure. Clearly, none of them resigned on hearing about it, so at some level they are onboard.
Also, at no point in any of these months-long internal discussions did any of these folks say “Hey, this isn’t right, people need to be informed of what we are thinking and why”, or “I can’t agree to this, I’m going to post about it and resign”.
So I still think all of them should resign. Going along with a terrible decision is not, IMO, any better.
Really? All of them?
According to the mod team, they were all in on this decision.
So all of them makes sense to me.
The primary issue that incited this was because we don’t fully agree with the admin’s moderation policies.
Clearly the community does though.
Which means the community is perfectly happy to continue on blahaj, its you, as the mod team, that aren’t aligning with the community.
As someone who enjoys 196 (but only really participates by voting), I would just say that since you aren’t aligning with the community, this isn’t a community you should be moderating.
Make the [email protected] mods the mods of [email protected] and move on.

What’s the red and blue bit then?
(Sorry French folks, I love you. Except some of the ones in Paris. I only tolerate you. I seriously can’t eat bread so stop being dicks).
