A quart is a bit larger than a liter. Four of them make a US gallon.

I think that’s the point. It’s just as legally binding as Trump’s Truth Social mask ban.
Right. Superman is a socialist. Capitalism would be Kingpin.
The silver-lining is this announcement may open up avenues for international asylum for trans people before shit starts going down.

Anteaters are more likely than weasels
Thank you for the well thought out response! I feel like acids are a potential solution. You could use tomato or pepper acids for flavor and microbial resistance.
Roman soldiers used to keep their lupini beans in red wine vinegar for longevity. They’re very high in protein, and the acid in the vinegar would create lactic acid, which helps break down muscle during exercise.
I just feel like there’s potential there.
If you eat meat, sure.
I feel the same way about protein bars. Why is it always double chocolate caramel swirl rainbow birthday cake? Is it really impossible to make a protein bar savory?

Progressive Politics@lemmy.world•Cuomo says key factor in his primary loss was Mamdani’s support from young, Jewish and pro-Palestinian voters
2·7 months agoAre you saying someone can’t be discriminated against for their ethnicity if they don’t look like their heritage? There are Jewish cultural traditions and customs that are no longer exclusive to the religion. Surnames are also a pretty big clue.

2·7 months agoOr people of Jewish ancestry. That’s why antisemitism is not Judeaphobia. Jewish is an ethnicity as well as a religion. It’s a combination term for religious persecution and/or racism.
I’m genetically part Ashkenazi Jew according to 23andMe. I don’t practice Judaism, and my ancestors moved to the US to escape persecution by the Bolsheviks in Eastern Europe prior to the founding of Israel. More Jews live outside of Israel than within.
disguy_ovahea@lemmy.worldtoPolitical Memes@lemmy.world•Immigrants might be in camps, but at least you Democrat voters have your sense of moral superiority!
28·7 months agoWho is claiming moral superiority over casting votes?
The only people I hear claiming superiority are the ones who abstain from elections because ‘they’re all the same and all rigged and we’re just too stupid to realize.’
disguy_ovahea@lemmy.worldtoPolitical Memes@lemmy.world•Well, we have the fucking camps opening. Luckily, plenty of terminally online leftists are ready to tell us how noble and moral not voting was!
17·7 months agoThe DNC could not have offered him less support in his primary campaign. He won over the city with 50k volunteers going door-to-door, a strong social media campaign, and his focus on the concerns of the working class New Yorker.

9·7 months agoI believe so. The massive increase in zero prime voters (people who haven’t voted in a primary before) was due to his grassroots campaign.

Thanks for the correction! I’ve memorized that the other way around.
