I think I’m at the limit of my ‘gitting gud’ at this point and any upgrades would be welcome, lol.
I’m up to the 3 hearts and have the extra one already. Karmelita and Seth are the 2 that are kicking my arse at the moment.

I know what you mean, now you come to mention it.
Very nice! Home grown veg is like home brewed coffee in that regard, a poor home made one is better than a good shop bought one!
Interesting, will be trying this, thanks!
Fresh as it can get! Money can’t buy that taste!
Nice tip! Thanks.
Thanks, I was pleased with it. Hopefully the rest are as successful!

It’s the parents that wont face the fact that it’s them paying for their kids internet access.
Parents intentionally and deliberately pay for their kids to access this shit. But none of them want to accept that when it can all be someone elses fault.
Thanks! I like to put the flowers at the ends of rows of veg. Gets the pollinators and predators right in there!
Absolutely a top tip! Oh the price of convenience, huh? :)
They are 1200mm x 1000mm x 200mm. Which is standard UK pallet dimensions, as these are pallet collars, which is why they actually have hinges on the corners so they fold flat for storage. Not much use now, but I like the look they give!
I expect there’ll be some persistent grass, but it shouldn’t be too bad so long as I keep on removing as much as possible when it appears. My other established bed has the grass growing out of the seams issue, so I’m somewhat used to it I suppose, lol.
Thanks! I put a layer of cardboard down first to kill off the grass, which will all compost down so the roots can access the undisturbed soil below.
No burrowing pest issues here, thankfully, mainly badgers and foxes that I have to keep off with the mesh hoops you can just see on the furthest beds.
Thanks! These work out at about £80 per bed. But they absolutely could have been done much cheaper!
I bought brand new pallet collars, but used ones are probably available with a bit of searching. I’d already used all my home made compost in another higher bed, so had to buy all of what went into these.
Why not lxc? I’ve been using this setup for quite some time.
