The leftover going straight to the garbave even thought there is always a serving or two cooked extra. The little treats bought to ourselves every time we go out.
Still not people in poverty but people that can’t both never been bothered spending and build a emergency funds.
I was about to crosspost this to [email protected] when I realised I was already there.

2·27 days agoMaître here means “Teacher” than “Master”. It is still an honorific but it means more on the proverbial wisdom of an owl.

Oh I see. I thought baked bean meant a bean that is already cooked. I didn’t knew it is was a specific recipe.
I get that but what is the issue with not having sugar in your beans? That a plus in my book.
Wait? Why would you have sugar in beans?
In France we have sugar in green pea. I usually look for a brand without it. I don’t see why someone would buy sweened legume if not to cook some asian sweet.
Nice. Can I join?
Why stop at a short story? I’ll go for a novel.

Guess what? I did proof read it but it seems like I forgot every I learn at school. I tried to correct myself and failed… I just deleted the whole thing. English is too hard and I’m not assuming anything.
