That’s not how it works in reality, unfortunately.

I see a lot of people saying they shouldn’t be compared, but it still does make sense to do so as most can’t afford both.

How does that lower the cost of homes though?

Edit: to be clear, I mean the cost to the buyer, not the builder.

Since we are talking about trees, I would say when we are able to tell if a planet has trees or not.

Yeah I figured it was enough zeros to drive the point.

That’s not saying much, since we have only observed roughly 0.0000001% of our galaxy’s planets. For all we know there are more planets with trees than without.

Maybe it’s less of an issue these days, but about 10 years ago I tried Usenet and most things I tried to download would give “missing articles” errors (or something along those lines). This was with a paid Usenet account (don’t remember the name).
