It’s terrible advice if you struggle with it.

I however cry quite easily. In hindsight all this “don’t suppress your feelings” advice honestly always felt more directed at boys and men.

Learning to turn off and distract yourself from bad feelings is also a skill. I think quite a few people - especially women - struggle with that, me included.

They’re clearly destabilizing the countries integrity by checks notes vandalizing cars! Property damage is obviously much worse than actual violence, so long as the property is expensive enough. /s

Now this is fucking cool! Sure it will probably take some time to become affordable, but that it’s possible at all is awesome.
