How about we just plan more than two fucking minutes in advance chief?
I always fucking hated the “top down” approach where people at the top of the chain have vague ideas they want to see implemented quickly and take zero input from boots on the ground.
99% of the time we just ended up doing our own plan to get the work done that needed done, then had the skaters go somewhere visible and half ass the official commands.
It would get the work done, but then higher-ups always assumed it worked because of their plan and it means they should never take input.
Type of shit that ends empires and it’s been happening here for decades.
