Idk I’m pretty sure the younger people will understand this joke. Are you saying this because most younger people don’t own cars or they aren’t aware of bumper stickers?
Young people understand the joke, they just don’t think it’s funny to laugh at someone for having a disease. Young people tend to be more left wing and have more standards in politics.
