The hands look wonky, the wrist joint is abnormally distanced from the hand, the fingers tucked also don’t look natural. I have no proof, but it doesn’t check out to me. It could be an amateur character drawing on a recycled background collage but I’m suspicious.
And the tree in the top right is the exact same color as the clouds, and she only has 4 fingers on her left hand, and the reflection patterns in her eyes are suspiciously distinct from each other. I’m definitely leaning towards this being generated
