I bet he’s going to say something along the lines of he “emotionally resonated” or “developed synergistic emotional coherence” with the HR lady. That, or the wife doesn’t like Coldplay. I hear their fans are pretty insufferable.
My theory is people always like someone that looks like themselves. Look at them, they look alike.
They could have simply played it cool and acted like nothing happened - no one would have even seen the image. As CEO and HR, maintaining composure and saving face is literally part of their job.

But I suspect the chances that anyone that would recognize them to be in the audience and paying attention to the kiss cam is still low.
