It doesn’t have any of the shape a casing has. There’d be a flared base, for example. This doesn’t have that. It is a painting though, not a picture, and the colors aren’t accurate. The shape is consistent with no casing though, so I’m betting that the color is just not quite perfect.

Note the bullet to casing proportions are the same as the image, including the inset of the casing that narrows to the actual bullet.
