4 Panel Comic
Panel 1: The Venom symbiote latches onto Spider-Man
Spider-Man: Oh no! The symbiote is latching on to me
Panel 2: The symbiote begins to take control of Spider-Man’s mind and body
Spider-Man: It’s changing my mind and my body…
Panel 3: Spider-Man is now fully clad in the black-suit Spidey costume, and is noticeably more buff.
Spider-Man: …and making me do things I wouldn’t normally do…
Panel 4: Black Suit Spidey sits in front of a computer installing League of Legends.
My BF plays League. It’s weird, cuz he’s like the sweetest, most wholesome person I know IRL, but I just know there’s gotta be something dark inside him because he plays LOL.
I tried league for about 3 minutes.
Immediately my teammate started in about how my mom should get cancer because I’m juggling the wrong lane, and I need to hang myself in her house so she knows what it’s like to lose a child before she dies from that cancer.
Didnt even finish the game. To this day I dont even know how long a game is supposed to take.
But yeah that was game one. I thought it would put me with other newbs, or maybe against a few bots.
Same here. Literally in the NEWBIE servers for FIRST TIME PLAYERS and my teammates are going absolutely apeshit over the fact that I, a new player, don’t understand every single fucking thing in the game yet. Literally only played that one match before uninstalling.
If that’s all it takes for you to leave a game I hope your asshole falls out of a skyscraper and lands on your only son killing him slowly as the scene grows ever closer when you fling yourself off the building, skydiving after your descended asshole. Wait, sorry, I thought I was playing League.
Same for Dota 2. I said some really vile shit to my own bf when we played together years and years ago. We don’t play any competitive games together anymore because we get really toxic to each other, lol. I just play single player or PvE co-op games now. Nothing gets me that toxic as playing competitive video games. I wonder if there’s a study on this somewhere 😅
Watch him play and wait for them to have a shitty teammate, which seems pretty common. My sister plays Wild Rift (LoL on mobile, but should be similar on desktop) and it just takes that to bring out the good ol’ LoL toxicity.
I can get pretty mad at shitty teammates, myself. I just don’t press the button to send it out over voice chat 🤷♂️
I haven’t played League in over a decade, but I got back into watching a streamer play. It takes all the personal stress out of it, and it’s very cathartic to see him absolutely shitting on people raging in the chat.
Yup, I watch league daily, it’s my breakfast routine, no stress that way
I wish League still worked on Linux. I haven’t played regularly in years, but me and my old teammates would still fire it up and play once in a while.
Then a few years ago they changed to their kernel-level anti-cheat and it hasn’t worked since.
It’s literally the only thing keeping me on windows on my desktop. I dual booted a while back, but it wasn’t worth the hassle of needing to reboot to switch tasks. The day they either allow Linux to work again, or my friends stop playing, is the day I permanently switch to Linux.
Turn off /all and it’s somewhat bearable.
