TBF, it’s more poor mental healthcare access for expensive prices that’s causing school shootings.

Shifting the blame for school shootings to mental healthcare is an American thing too. No country on earth really have a good mental healthcare (excepted Norway or Switzerland? I don’t know).

America is the only developed country without free healthcare, so what you think is bad mental healthcare is actually really fucking good. You have no idea how good you have it.

Compared to American healthcare, it might as well be.

Have you ever been stuck with a $70,000 hospital bill before? I have.

Also in a lot of groups where guns are popular there is often a stigma around mental health care. Some people feel like if you get help with mental health that it means you are crazy so they get offended if you even bring it up.
