With the number of emails they send out I seriously doubt they want to spend the money on rejection emails generated by an AI.

Yeah this screams templated email to me. You don’t need an AI to sound generic, you can just use a generic template. With the number of emails they send out I seriously doubt they want to spend the money on rejection emails generated by an AI.
