I would do some personal digging on Gavin Newsom. He seems to be very much a classic politician, i.e. he’ll say whatever he thinks his base wants to hear. But he is notably very flaky on trans allyship in legislature.
That’s true. And the inverse is shown in Mamdani. No disrespect but he’s doing the bare minimum as a public servant and he’s often being lauded like he’s the first coming of Christ.
