And you’d wash your plates and utensils you used to eat the salmon with anyway. I’d guess the idea is some sort of multitasking thing, maybe to save energy? Pretty wacky idea nonetheless

The article above mentions that your foil packet should be air-tight to prevent this.
Otherwise you’re going to have really watery fish.
Just vacuum seal the fish like you’d do for sous vide.
