Remember when Trump threatened to wipe out a whole civilization? And then backed out of that and talked about forming a deal with Iran? And then dropped that and went to a UFC fight as negotiations fell apart? And then unveiled a triumphal arch and a photo of himself as Jesus?
That was this week.

I’m getting the feeling they just put a dancing clown in front of us so we don’t start talking about real problems and demanding solutions for them. I hate to sound like a conspiracy theorist, but the entire Trump presidency is one big distraction. We could be talking about and working towards solutions to societies problems, but now the news cycle is a 24/7 clown show.
It’s probably a mix of distraction and real problem.
Or they just throw everything at the wall and hope enough of it sticks.
And the opposition should do the same (but in the opposite direction, of course).
That is precisely why my cousin Zaphod was allowed to become president, to draw attention.

I don’t think he ever gave a solid reason for it. At first it was something about them refining radioactive material, then it was about the apocalypse, then I stopped paying attention to the flimsy excuses.
Supposedly he thought it would increase his dismal polling numbers, as military action tended to do so for previous presidents.
Also, to distract from the Epstein files and several other things people are actively upset about.
And to set up the terrorist false flag needed to cancel the midterms.
It has been an “imminent threat” for the past 40 years. Not sure they understand the meaning of the word “imminent.”
I’ve heard the phrase “largest state sponsor of terrorism” thrown around, but honestly I feel like it wasn’t even mentioned until well after everything had started and it wasn’t an immediate success like they must’ve thought it would be. No idea if it’s true at all. And there’s always “we gotta stop them from getting nukes”.
Basically it’s whatever they can think of in the moment in the rare instance they get questioned about it. They’ve also said all goals have been met since like, at least a week ago, so now I guess it’s just for the love of the game.
Two causes but no real objectives of the war:
- Israel would have attacked anyways and he didn’t want to look weak as an ally
- His ego, overreaction, wanting to play the tough guy, convincing himself that this will be worth an entry in history books
Now, he has created this situation and doesn’t know how to back out of his mess without loosing his face (from his view) in public, whichbl he already has lost anyways
